You will notice that we have made some BIG changes to our website, but DON'T PANIC...

Here are some FAQs if you are used to our old website:

• Webinars - book for upcoming Free Webinars.

• Blog - Accountants Minute Articles.

• Home Page - Click on Members Login.

• Access Levels
  ESS BIZTOOLS will identify which access level your firm has.

• If your firm has subscribed for one or more individual packages, this will be shown by "SUBSCRIBED" appearing on the Individual Product Packages.

• Your firm can subscribe for a Mentoring Session at any time.

• Where are the Papers and PowerPoint Presentations?
  The papers and powerpoint slides have been combined and can be found on the Member's Home page under the menu tab "Sections and Papers" on the left hand side menu tabs. The powerpoint slides will be downloaded in the same zipped folder when you download the paper. This zipped folder will also include any forms that relate to the paper you are downloading. You will need WinZip or other similar program to access the compressed folder.

• Where are the Client Seminars/Webinars?
  The client seminars and webinars have been combined and can be found on the Member's Home page under the menu tab "Client Seminars/Webinars" on the left hand side menu tabs.

• Where is Client Mentoring & Coaching?
  Client Mentoring & Coaching can be found on the Member's Home page on the left hand side menu tabs.

• How do I download the material?
  At the bottom of page you are viewing there will be a "Download All" button. Click this to download the zip folder containing the material.

• It's asking me to "Log in" or "Subscribe"?
  If you click on the "Download All" button at the bottom of the page you are visiting, you will need to log in to gain access. If it still asks you to log in and you believe you should have access to the material you are trying to "Download", don't hesitate to contact us. If you are not a subscriber to that material, you will need to upgrade your subscription before you will be given access.

• How do I bookmark the Member's Home Page to my browser's Favourites?
  To make it quick and easy next time you want to access www.essbiztools.com.au, bookmark the Members' Home Page by:
  Login then click on Products >Members' Home Page then Favourites (in the Internet Explorer tool bar) >Add to Favourites. Next time you need to access ESS BIZTOOLS' material, just click on Favourites and select ESS BIZTOOLS' Member's Home Page.

• Where can I download the Operations' Manual for the new website?
