E-ffiliate Terms and Conditions

This affiliate program, called E-ffiliate, has been created by ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd, as a means to provide accountancy firms a way to provide their clients access to ESS BIZTOOLS’ business development material directly from the accountant’s website, whilst the accountancy firm receives remuneration for their clients’ purchases.  It also provides the accountancy firm with reports showing what their clients are purchasing and are most interested in so that accountancy firms can customize services offered to their clients.

By signing-up to the affiliate program from ESS BIZTOOLS (called "E-ffiliate"), your firm, as the Affiliate (herein referred to as "The Affiliate"), agrees to the following terms and conditions:-

Affiliate's Website - By signing up to the program, the Affiliate agrees that they are authorised to place affiliate links on their website.  Affiliates may not use the program for the sole purpose of purchasing products for their own use.  (Refer to available ESS BIZTOOLS subscription plans for Accountancy firms).

Product Commission Rates - 30% up to $1,000 (excluding GST); sales over $1,000 (excluding GST) will attract 50% commission.  ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these rates at any time.  Affiliates will be notified of any changes via the email address used on sign-up.

Payment - Commission payments will be paid monthly to your nominated bank account on the 15th day after the end of the month.

Affiliate Marketing - The affiliate is not permitted to use this program by sending unsolicited email to any address, posting on bulletin boards, forums, blogs and the like.

License of Intellectual Property - The Affiliate is hereby granted a limited license to make use of the banners and product links available through the Affiliate’s account. You may not modify these images or links in any way without the express permission of ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd.

Limitation of Liability - The Affiliate shall indemnify ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd against any loss of or damage to property or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered.  ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd shall not be liable to the Affiliate for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the affiliate program.

Transactions - To earn the commission % as set out above:

a: The sale must be a result of a ‘clickthrough’ from a website operated by the Affiliate,
AND
b: Payment in full must be made to ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd.

Exclusions - ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw affiliates from the program without prior notification to the Affiliate at their discretion.
