Purchasing or Commencing a Business (New to Management)

PROCEDURE OVERVIEW

This is the recommended procedure to follow for clients that are purchasing or commencing a business and looking for some advice or guidance.

The material is designed to be merged with your firm’s customised templates before being mailed / emailed to clients in weekly instalments.

Enclosed with each mailout is a cover letter together with a series survey form used by the client to rate the helpfulness of the material sent to them in that mailout. The survey form sent in the final mailout also includes a checklist so the client can request other mailout series under “Mentoring & Coaching” and information of future seminars being held. The survey forms will assist in selling “Business Development Services” to clients, but you will need to be proactive in your follow-up.

Series 1

At the end of the interview it is suggested that these papers are forwarded to the client.  These papers consider “Purchasing Checklists, Business Structures and Tax Planning for the purchase of a business”.
