An employer needs to be very careful when processing applications. Each application should be read and analysed with key points highlighted. The applicant's resume should be carefully read, noting:
- any gaps in employment history?
- type of responsibility that the person has had?
- what achievements have they reached?
- has there been any pattern in their employment history?
- has the applicant had employment stability?
