ESS BIZTOOLS will present a webinar, looking into one of the components of the Advanced Package – Early Stage Innovation Company.
The Early Stage Innovation Company (ESIC) capital raising was introduced seven years ago, to assist young/innovative companies to raise capital.
The Australian Government introduced an ‘incentive’ for investors to invest in a company that satisfies the ‘status requirements’ to be deemed an EARLY STAGE INNOVATION COMPANY.
The webinar will explore the ESIC requirements and process, and will provide an overview of how you can utilise the ESS BIZTOOLS’ Early Stage Innovation Company to guide your SME clients in the process that is required to obtain the ESIC classification, and prepare the financial and corporate documentation required by the potential investors.
