A Board of Advice can introduce deeper analysis of the “Predictive Accounting Reports” due to their industry knowledge and backgrounds. This is a very important process for all businesses, especially for SMEs.
SMEs do not have the benefit of a team of experienced executives working full-time in the business. Christian Wielage, the CEO of PlanGuru, was one of the guest speakers in our previous webinar. He indicated that a Board of Advice can assist the business to grow and will benefit from the “call to accountability” to which the leadership team is introduced, because of the variable enquiries that they will receive from the Board of Advice members. The Board of Advice will eventually become a Board of Directors.

“This stuff is really changing, you know, in the last 2 years we’ve seen a huge shift in the visibility of these types of services and the advisors instead of just talking about it are starting to do it. I definitely see some winners and losers already emerging.”
