Introduction of new staff is very important if your business is going to maximise the benefits from employing a new person.

The person who has conducted the interview should be available to greet the new employee on the day he/she commences work. The interviewer should then ensure that she/he is introduced to his/her immediate supervisor and the team with whom she/he will be working. New employees should then be introduced to all other members of the workforce.
