The “CommBank Accounting Market Pulse June 2020” report has identified that “Business Advisory Services” is expected to be the professional services area for accountants that will experience the greatest demand in the coming 6 to 12 months.
By nominating “Business Advisory Services” the accountancy firms that participated in the survey have clearly identified that those firms intend to offer clients a broader range of professional services which will relate to client requests for ongoing assistance to a broader range of services than those traditionally supplied by accountancy firms. This is the “Accountants’ Challenge for 2020/21” – delivery of “Real Business Advisory Services".
