“The Key Is The Questions You Ask”!
Business Advisory Services
A couple of weeks ago CommBank released their June 2020 “Market Pulse Report” which identified that the accountants, who had been surveyed, had nominated “Business Advisory Services” as the “practice area expected to be in most demand” in the next 6 to 8 months.
This has contributed to a lot of discussion from accountants and business advisors as to “where do you start to offer Business Advisory Services?”
In my opinion, you start with asking questions, so you show your clients or prospects that you care and have some empathy for their position in their business.
In this brief video, I’ve attempted to give you some subject headings that you could ask questions about so that you can obtain a deeper insight into what drives your client so that you're in a position to give valuable advice to your client.
If you're interested in learning more about the delivery of "Business Advisory Services", please join us for a free webinar on Friday 24th July at 12-noon AEST, during which I'll be making a presentation on “Delivery of Business Advisory Services”.
