Welcome to this update on ESS BIZTOOLS ADVISORY SERVICES NEWS.
BUSINESS PLUS+ is a communication tool for Bookkeepers and Accountants.
Newsletters are a great communication tool to assist you to communicate with your clients and prospects that you are able to deliver Advisory Services. The team at ESS BIZTOOLS prepare Business Plus each month targeted for small/medium sized enterprises – people we believe are your clients. We believe that the articles will also be of interest to your Team Members.
Each month’s edition is uploaded to the ESS BIZTOOLS website on the second Friday of a month. Our members download Business Plus and re-badge it and it is then able to be forwarded to their clients and prospects. If you become a member of ESS BIZTOOLS you will be able to have this direct communication with your Clients/Prospects each month.
In each edition of Business Plus there are four to six articles that are pitched at different client categories:
Someone contemplating starting a business
- A fairly new business operator
- Someone who aspires to “scale up”
- A CEO who is interested in knowing more about raising capital
- Business people who are interested in government grants
- A business operator who is thinking about succession
Each article concludes with a “call to action”. The commentary is drafted on the basis that if your Client/Prospect is interested in that subject, they will be encouraged to contact the person in your organisation that they deal with for a discussion.
The article might have related to the benefits of establishing the 52-week Business Enhancement System whereby the client receives information on a daily basis and the end of each week receives a Weekly Performance Report and Profitability Estimate and at the end of the month you will have prepared the Monthly Financial Accounts and the Comparison to Budget Report.
This information gives your client real-time feedback on their business performance – not in twelve months’ time but daily, weekly and monthly.
