Business Funding In Demand
Business Advisory Services Updates
There is an expectation that businesses are going to find tougher conditions for financing their businesses.
A key component of my presentation to the Accounting Business Expo on Tuesday 17th November at 1.30pm AEDT (12.30pm AEST) will relate to activities that accountants can contribute to assist SMEs with their financing arrangements whether it is borrowing money to an understanding of the capital raising opportunities that are now available for small private companies.

A few years ago tougher conditions for borrowing money would have been a disaster for SMEs, but this no longer need be the case, because of the capital raising opportunities that SMEs now have available including:
- Crowd Sourced Funding Equity Raising - a private company can raise up to $5 million.
- Early Stage Innovation Company Capital Raising - a private company, that has developed a new technology or innovation, can raise capital with the shareholders obtaining a tax rebate and possibly not having to pay capital gains tax on their ultimate gain.
