Creating New Services & Effective Communications Is Diversification!

The question that many accountants have is “Where do you start on the implementation of a diversification strategy?”

It starts with a new service and then effectively communicating that you are offering a new service or product to your clients and prospective clients.

Diversification implies that your firm is going to be different and stand out in the marketplace because you’re offering something that is different and is of significant benefit to the target market, primarily the operators of small businesses and medium-sized enterprises.  The key question is - What are the new services that your firm could implement and how do you communicate that your firm has “geared up operations” to be able to offer services in which the SME market is interested?
